Virginia Chapman

Ms. Chapman has more than 18 years of experience in the fire service, fire investigation, fire
inspection, fire safety education and related fields. She has extensive experience in origin and
cause, scene analysis, report writing, evidence collection, site diagramming, field testing,
photography and multiagency coordination. She has investigated nearly 500 fires as a public and
private fire investigator. Ms. Chapman is a certified Fire Inspector with expertise in code
compliance, fire protection systems and code education.
