Tim has extensive experience of employer’s liability, public liability and product liability cases. He has, since 2005, handled cases in excess of £100,000. He has extensive experience of stress, bullying and catastrophic injury claims. He has particular knowledge and interest of claims pursued under the Protection from Harassment Act and Equality Act. Tim is also Account Manager for a number of blue chip, multinational and clients.
