Stephen has been a member of the Major & Complex Loss team since 2004, gaining wide experience in the investigation and negotiation of various classes of property and liability claims, predominantly specialising in public liability, product liability and recall, construction and environmental liability claims. He has spent the majority of my career managing complex casualty claims alongside operational management responsibilities.
