Mr. Sullivan served over 25 years as a State Trooper with the Massachusetts State Police. For his last nine years, he was assigned to the Fire and Explosion Investigation Section as a full-time fire investigator. Over the course of that assignment, Mr. Sullivan was involved in the investigation of over 500 fires and explosions. He has experience in the areas of fire investigation, interview and interrogation, juvenile firesetter intervention, evidence collection, and complex scene management.
