Scotty Neely

Scotty Neely has over 29 years of firefighting experience. He currently holds the position of District Fire Science Principal with EFI Global. He has over 700 hours of training specific to fire origin and cause investigation. He is certified as a California State Level II Fire Investigator (#230-1202) and is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators and is recognized by them as a Certified Fire Investigator (CFI#22-060911). He is also a member of the California Conference of Arson Investigators. and is recognized by them as a Certified Fire Investigator (CFI#654). During the course of Mr. Neely’s career, he has investigated over 700 structure, vehicle and wildland fires. Mr. Neely has qualified as an expert witness in criminal court and serves as a senior member of the Solano/Napa Fire Investigation Unit.
