Mr. Leonard has over 25 years of combined experience in the fire service as a line firefighter, ARFF firefighter, emergency medical technician fire inspector and fire investigator.
Mr. Leonard was the lead cause and origin investigator in approximately 1070 fires and he has assisted in the investigation of another 2000 + fire investigation in his career with the
Louisville Metro Arson Bureau and EFI Global. He attended and received an education excellence award from the National Fire Academy in Fire and Arson Investigation. He is also a court-qualified
expert in the State of Kentucky.
