Richard S. Gray

Mr. Gray has twenty seven years of experience in Civil and Structural engineering, and Construction. His background includes one year of Forensic Engineering, five years performing Structural design, two years performing Geotechnical Engineering design related tasks, Engineering Department Management, Materials Testing Laboratory and construction Special Inspections Division oversight, and Marketing Director duties, nine years of Civil Engineering heavy earthworks and hydraulic related design, project and construction management, and Inspection work, and three years of Civil Land Development design, all under the supervision of a licensed engineer and, seven years of residential, light and heavy commercial, and specialty engineering construction experience.

Mr. Gray has directed engineering projects of varying complexity, in various Western states, for numerous Federal Refuges and Air Force Base’s, and several State agencies, using both public works and privately funded sources. This includes directing several sensitive Port Authority and Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) National Security related airport projects.
