Mr. Menchaca has over 25 years of experience in fire arson investigations and fire and life safety inspections.  He has extensive training in fire prevention and fire safety, as well as training in first responders and emergency responders.  Mr. Menchaca is bilingual in Spanish and a Certified Emergency Medical Technician. Mr. Menchaca has traveled to Mexico, Brazil, Dominican Republic and Columbia on multi-million dollar losses. Mr. Menchaca also has a law enforcement background with Harris and Fort Bend Counties for 11 years.
