Mr. Rutledge is a graduate of University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He has experience performing forensic inspections of existing residential and commercial structures to determine causes of structural and other various building failures. Mr. Rutledge has experience with field investigation work regarding assessment of building damage due to weather conditions and construction or design defects. Mr. Rutledge has executed the development and production of full residential and commercial site plans. His civil engineering experience also includes the development and permitting of commercial, residential, and roadway projects.
