Mr. Woodyard has personally investigated more than 735 fires and explosions of vehicles,
residences, commercial buildings and equipment. He has conducted criminal investigations regarding
arson and explosions. Mr. Woodyard has also conducted emergency destruction of explosive recovered
from IED’s or explosives found in an abandoned or degraded and unstable state.
