Melvyn (Mel) Kogan

Mr. Kogan has more than 50 years of experience in mechanical engineering in various areas of industry.  His experience spans a broad base of functions including design, and quality engineering in manufacturing environments.  For the 17 years prior to his current position, he worked in the design and manufacture of explosion and fire protection systems and hazards testing. Since then, he has spent the past 16 years as a Forensic Mechanical Engineer investigating property damage and personal injury incidents resulting from manufacturing defects, fires, faulty installations, fraud and misuse.  He is also experienced in arbitration hearings and court deposition testimony for both plaintiffs and defendants.
