Lydia Woo

As a Project Manager for EFI Global, Ms. Woo is responsible for conducting Indoor Air Quality and Mold Assessments, Lead-based Paint Surveys, Asbestos Inspections, Project Management of asbestos abatement projects and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).  Responsibilities include conducting asbestos and lead-based paint surveys, interpreting survey results, and preparing reports of those findings.   Phase I ESA responsibilities include conducting on-site property and environmental surveys and investigations as part of the due diligence process on multifamily dwellings and commercial properties.
