Luciana holds a degree in foreign trade in Brazil and has extension in mediation in Argentina and Harvard Law School. She worked for the local market and also government in complex and integrated logistics operations cases, until being hired by the insurance market where she went through the leading insurer and, naturally, later to the reinsurance market.
