With a degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas PUCC, Lucas has built up a solid background working with technical analysis of insurance policies, having direct contact with brokers and insurance companies and conducting inspections with experts. He also has experience managing and training people, developing new techniques of survey, monitoring administrative and operational procedures, such as production of management reports, management of the clients, commercial meetings with the clients and partners.
