Joseph is responsible for technical quality, succession, training and daily operations, although still maintains a caseload. Having been involved in liability claims since 1998, he specialises in fatal and catastrophic injury, stress and abuse claims but am also experienced in theinvestigation and handling of property damage, construction and product liability claims. He is frequently consulted by the insurance press on topical matters and is a regular contributor to features, concerning regulatory change and claims operations.
