John Vaz

Mr. Vaz is a project manager with more than 13 years of experience in the environmental services field. He oversees comprehensive asbestos/hazardous materials inspections, design of abatement specifications and abatement monitoring services, PCBs inspections and indoor air quality evaluations/microbial
evaluations. He has extensive experience completing work in a wide variety of private and public sector building types throughout New England. Mr. Vaz has skilled knowledge of rules and regulations including OSHA standards; asbestos regulations; EPA standards and the Code of Federal Regulations. Mr. Vaz also coordinates and conducts Phase 1 & Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, subsurface investigations and associated soil and groundwater sampling. Knowledge of  particular laws, rules or regulations.
