John Van Metre

Mr. Van Metre is a junior project manager working as a senior environmental specialist since 2013. Mr. Van Metre has worked extensively with countless Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, as well as multiple ongoing remediation projects involving regulatory agencies. Mr. Van Metre’s experience includes all stages of environmental projects including Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, soil, soil vapor, and groundwater testing, site characterization, methane testing in accordance with LADBS guidelines, landfill gas monitoring and testing, along with weekly oversight and monitoring of several remediation sites in accordance with various SCAQMD and City of Los Angeles Sanitation.
