James Powell

Mr. Powell has conducted all facets of evidence collection, preservation, transfer, and disposal of over 10,000 artifacts. Mr. Powell has collected evidence on a variety of fire scenes which have involved residential property fires, commercial property fires, burn cells, heavy equipment fires, vehicle fires, incendiary fires, and electrical fire losses. Mr. Powell has worked in the forensic fire debris analysis laboratory as a forensic technician and also serves as a firefighter for the Spanish Fort Fire & Rescue Fire Department and served with the Belforest Fire Department.
