Frank Lockwood

Frank retired as Chief Officer from the fire service with nearly 29 years of full time experience. Managerial duties include personnel issues, code enforcement, public education, and training and fire investigations for a suburban department. Further, he coordinated and organized cooperative efforts of joint fire investigation groups within and outside his general response area.
