Mr. Salgado has been engaged in the environmental sector since 2011 with experience in environmental consulting, environmental field work, and sustainable solutions. Mr. Salgado has provided due diligence services for local, statewide, and nationwide lending institutions, private developers, and public agencies. Mr. Salgado has worked directly with clients and regulatory bodies to investigate historical and current site use and help clients achieve compliance with federal regulations for residential and commercial properties. Properties include commercial/industrial and multi-family residential developments.
