Dan has extensive experience in dealing with, EL, PL and products liability claims and has undertaken the investigation and settlement of many property and personal injury claims in excess of £1m. He has experience of complex liability investigations throughout the UK, Channel Islands and Europe. He has been the nominated loss adjuster for many blue chip, multinational and corporate clients, throughout the UK. He also has considerable experience in managing key client accounts and theprovision of training on legal and policy issues.
