Dale Lanier

Mr. Lanier has more than 20 years of extensive environmental experience.  He has managed and provided senior review for more than 1,000 Phase I ESA’s and 500 Phase II subsurface investigations that were conducted on a nation-wide basis.  He has prepared thousands of reports for regulatory agencies concerning subsurface investigations and corrective actions associated with contaminated properties.  Additionally, he has supervised the closure of several hundred underground storage tanks, and has designed, constructed, and operated soil and ground water remediation systems.  In his current position, Mr. Lanier manages Phase I Environmental Site Assessments on a nation-wide basis and performs senior review for Phase I and Phase II investigations.
