Mr. Jenkins has degrees from the University of New Haven in Criminal Justice and Fire Science with Professional certificates in Fire Prevention and Law Enforcement Science. While in school he completed an internship within the Fire Investigation Unit of the Rhode Island Division of State Fire Marshal. He has experience in evidence collection, storage, and management. Mr. Jenkins is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator and has been involved in over 100 fire investigations.
