Mr. Bailey has 13 years of fire and explosion investigation experience. He was awarded the
“2008 Fire Investigator of the Year” from the New Mexico Chapter of International
Association of Arson Investigators. He has conducted over 250 fire investigations, including
LP gas fire, incendiary, accidental, product failure, vehicle fires, and fatality fires.
