Mr. Thomas has over 30 years of experience in the construction and restoration industry
as a contractor, manager or consultant. Since 2007 Mr. Thomas has primarily been
investigating construction related defects, including structural failure, water intrusion,
mold causation and fire causation. Mr. Thomas has expertise in determining repair scopes
and can provide cost estimates using Xactimate software. Prior to working in the
construction industry Mr. Thomas spent over 13 years in the steel manufacturing industry.
