Mr. Skaggs has over forty-three years of experience in mining engineering, civil engineering, structural engineering, land surveying, project management, and design/build construction. He currently serves as a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer. He conducts forensic engineering investigations including structural damage analysis; evaluation of design, and construction of commercial, industrial, and residential structures; vibration damage investigations, and roof inspections. Mr. Skaggs also performs geotechnical investigations including slope stability, settlement analysis, and subsurface investigations.
