Arthur Steiner

Arthur Steiner is an experienced environmental professional, recognized by the state of California as a Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) as well as a Lead Sampling Technician (LST). This allows him to perform full-scale asbestos and lead surveys. Arthur Steinerhas worked directly with clients and regulatory bodies to assess environmental conditions, developed plans to remove identified hazards has executed building surveys in accordance with regulatory body standards, oversaw the removal of hazardous materials, performed clearance inspections of abatement work areas, and wrote final reports summarizing the project’s activities. Mr. Steiner’s experience includes inspections, construction monitoring for noise and dust, and sampling for asbestos, lead, and other environmental hazardsas well as regularly providing third party consulting services on behalf of private parties and public agencies.
